GITER WORLD
The GITER brand offers its loyal consumers the opportunity to participate in sharing a portion of the company’s profits.
The essence of the partnership program is to build a network of loyal GITER product consumers and generate passive income from the monthly product turnover of that network.
A loyal GITER consumer is a person who purchases GITER products worth 25 p.v. or more per month.
On the website giter.world, prices are displayed both in currency and in p.v. (points). All purchasers on the site gain the opportunity to participate in the partnership program upon registration, forming a unified consumer network for the company.
Upon their first purchase and registration, each consumer receives an I.D. and gains access to a Personal Account (PA) for placing orders and viewing network order statistics and bonus payouts.
All GITER consumers are divided into two categories (statuses), shown in the PA:
Client “C”— for monthly consumption of less than 25 p.v.
Partner “P” (loyal consumer)— for monthly consumption of 25 p.v. or more.
• No separate registration procedure is required to become a Partner. The system automatically detects each consumer’s loyalty level and applies the appropriate discount at checkout.
• The consumer database is formed regardless of status.

STATUSES

Partner
A one-time purchase of 25 p.v. activates the marketing partner status and grants the maximum partner discount for the current month and allows accumulation of 25 p.v. for the next month. If by the beginning of the third month there is no 25 p.v., the discount is reduced to 10%, and the status in the PA changes to Client “C” with a 10% discount instead of Partner.

Changing status within the first part of the Marketing Plan (from Consultant rank to Manager Level 1).
A Business Partner who does not meet the personal volume requirement of 25 p.v. per month for 6 consecutive months reverts to Client “C” status with a 10% discount and loses their partner network permanently.

Loss of director structures and demotion:
A Business Partner at the rank of Director or higher who does not meet the leadership group volume (LGV) requirement (LGV less than 1000 p.v.) for 12 consecutive months will lose their director structures and revert to the first part of the Marketing Plan at the rank of Manager Level 1.
Director structures will roll up to the next active upline Director.

Rejoining the Program
You can rejoin the Partnership Program at any time by purchasing 25 p.v. worth of products.


TERMS AND MARKETING DEFINITIONS OF THE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM:
P.V. (Point) - a universal unit of product value.
Active Business Partner - a BP who has achieved personal volume (PV) of 25 p.v. or more during the reporting period.
Reporting Period — a calendar month.
Personal Group (PG) - the group of BPs directly sponsored by the Partner, excluding any BPs at Director rank and their structures.
Organization (Group) all consumers registered on giter.world with their own I.D., invited by a BP personally, and all BPs in that sponsor’s downline, including the BP themselves.
Group Volume (GV) - the sum of personal volume (PV) generated by the BP and their organization during the reporting period.
Leadership Group Volume (LGV) the sum of p.v. generated by the BP and their organization in the reporting period, excluding any BPs at Director rank and their structures.
Cumulative Group Volume (CGV) - the total p.v. generated personally by the BP and their organization over the entire period of cooperation with the company.
Introducing Sponsor — the BP who first brought in another BP.
Rank - a designation reflecting a BP’s achievement in building their distribution network according to the company’s Marketing Plan.
Ranks - Trainee, Consultant, Manager Level 3, Manager Level 2, Manager Level 1, Director, Silver Director, Gold Director, Ruby Director, Diamond Director, President’s Advisor.
Generation (Level) - a BP for whom you are the Introducing Sponsor is considered your 1st generation. A BP at 2nd generation is a BP whose Introducing Sponsor is your 1st-generation BP, and so on.
Bonus a marketing payout granted to an active BP for Group Volume (GV) generated during the reporting period, according to the Marketing Plan.
When calculating bonuses, 1 p.v. = €1.
Qualified Director — a BP at rank Director or higher whose LGV for the reporting period is:
•  for ranks Director, Silver Director, Gold Director: 1000 p.v. or more.
•  for rank Ruby Director: 900 p.v. or more.
•  for rank Diamond Director: 800 p.v. or more.
•  for rank President’s Advisor: 700 p.v. or more.
Partner Discount — the wholesale price at which all BPs purchase products.
